Luis Hernandez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the intermodal transportation sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Intermodal at Florida East Coast Railway since January 2020, Luis has previously held roles including Vice President of Intermodal at Grupo México Transportes and Assistant Vice President of Intermodal Sales at FERROMEX, where responsibilities included strategic planning, product development, and customer-focused management. With a background in sales strategy and international relations, Luis has demonstrated expertise in promoting and developing intermodal services, managing operations, and negotiating rates. Having begun their career in railroad transportation with roles in marketing and economic proposal management, Luis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
