Kristen Vanselow

Kristen Vanselow has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Innovative Education and Partnerships, Adjunct Instructor, and Director of FGCU Complete at Florida Gulf Coast University since September 2013. Previously, Kristen held the position of Dean/Associate Dean at Florida SouthWestern State College from October 2006 to July 2013, and worked as an Academic Specialist at St. Petersburg College between July 2001 and October 2006. Additionally, Kristen served as an Academic Advisor at the University of Tampa from June 1999 to June 2001 and began a career in higher education as a Graduate Assistant at Michigan State University from August 1997 to May 1999, where responsibilities included transfer admissions and service learning assistantships. Kristen holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Michigan State University and a Post-graduate Certificate in Community College Executive Leadership from the University of Florida.
