Leif Olsen

Leif Olsen serves as the Director of Payment Integrity at Florida Health Care Plans since October 2023, following a tenure as Director of Performance Management at GuideWell where responsibilities included leading performance management initiatives and overseeing the implementation of a Triple Aim measurement system. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Manager of the Payment Integrity Office at Florida Blue, where Leif led project teams and managed early warning systems for claim payments. Additional roles at Florida Blue involved consulting on a significant project portfolio and managing delivery system and IT infrastructure projects. Leif holds a Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of North Florida.
