Blair McCarthy

Blair McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in clinical operations and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at HealthXL® since August 2022, Blair previously held various managerial roles at Moffitt Cancer Center from February 2017 to August 2022, including Manager of Clinical Pathways and Clinical Pathways Program Manager. Prior to that, Blair worked at MacDougall Biomedical Communications and Cancer Treatment Centers of America, where positions ranged from Account Executive to Intellectual Property & Innovation Analyst. Blair's early career included a fellowship at Rising Tide, Kft. and a position as a Congressional Page with the U.S. House of Representatives. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master of Healthcare Leadership from Brown University School of Professional Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePauw University, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the University of Michigan. Blair also graduated with an Academic Honors Diploma from Reitz Memorial High School's International Baccalaureate Program.
