Frances M. Leppla

Frances (Frann) M. Leppla is an accomplished executive with a robust background in philanthropy and development, currently serving as Executive Vice President & Chief Philanthropy Officer at Tampa General Hospital since August 2018. Previous roles include Senior Vice President & Chief Philanthropy Officer and Senior Director of Development at the University of South Florida from May 2016 to August 2018, as well as Director of Development and Strategic Initiatives at the University of Florida from March 2011 to May 2016. Frances also has extensive experience in business-to-business telecommunications through various leadership positions at MCI Communications from February 1994 to January 2009. Frances holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from the University of Florida and the University of North Florida.
