Kristin Maier

Kristin Maier is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient relations and child life services. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Relations and Guest Services at Tampa General Hospital and as a Human Experience Leader, Kristin previously held the role of Senior Practice Manager at Authenticx. Kristin's tenure at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital spanned over 14 years, where responsibilities included directing Patient and Family Centered Care and overseeing multiple departments. Kristin has also contributed to the field as Past President of The Association of Child Life Professionals, Inc. and gained initial expertise as a Child Life Specialist and Supervisor in child life departments. Kristin holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of St. Francis and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development/Child Life from Bowling Green State University.
