Matthew L. Anderson

Matthew L. Anderson currently serves as the Associate Director for Research Analytics and Shared Resources at Tampa General Hospital Cancer Institute, a position held since January 2024. With extensive experience in academia and medical research, Matthew L. Anderson has been a Professor at the University of South Florida since November 2018 and has also held various leadership roles at Tampa General Hospital, including Medical Director of the Office of Clinical Research and Associate Director for Shared Resources at the Cancer Institute. Prior to these roles, Matthew L. Anderson worked at Baylor College of Medicine in multiple capacities, including Director of Research for Gynecology and Lead of the Gynecologic Disease Oriented Working Group. Matthew L. Anderson's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Doctor of Medicine from prestigious institutions, including Yale University and The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
