Rico Ruiz

Rico Ruiz has over two decades of experience at Tampa General Hospital, where roles have included Corporate Business Operations Program Manager, Corporate Client Account Manager, and Director of Organizational Development. In the capacity of Director, Organizational Development, Rico Ruiz has been instrumental in overseeing the Education department's daily operations and addressing organizational training and development challenges. Previously, Rico Ruiz served in the United States Air Force as a Master Sergeant (First Sergeant) for over 21 years. Rico Ruiz holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management/Human Resources from Colorado Christian University and a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.
