Brooke Walter

Brooke Walter is an Epidemiologist at Florida Health, where responsibilities include investigating communicable diseases, confirming diagnoses through Electronic Laboratory Reports, and monitoring clients during infectious periods. As an Immunization Outreach Team Member, Brooke conducts vaccination events in Pinellas County, focusing on vulnerable populations, and collects demographic data while communicating prevention measures. Previously, Brooke interned with the broadstreet + covid-19 data project, inputting vaccination data for northeastern states. A graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Brooke is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Epidemiology and Global Communicable Disease.
