Carmen Dupoint

Carmen Dupoint is currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, focusing on compliance reviews for the State Housing Initiatives Partnership program and quality assurance for affordable housing programs. Prior to this role, Carmen worked as a Senior Legislative Analyst at the Office of Program Policy Analysis and Government Accountability, researching K-20 education policy. Carmen's experience includes various roles at the Florida Department of Education, where responsibilities ranged from supervising program administration staff to consulting on workforce programs for individuals with disabilities. Additional roles encompass performance consulting at the Florida Department of Health and training management at the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Carmen holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing & Management Communication, along with graduate certificates in Program Evaluation and Human Performance Systems, all from Florida State University, where a B.S. in Psychology was also obtained.
