Helen Gonzalez serves as the Technology Integration and Innovation Manager at Florida International University since December 2010, where collaboration with the Vice President of Academic Affairs focuses on aligning technology strategies with student success metrics. With experience in technical support and social media coordination at various companies, including Educate Online and iAM Enterprises, Helen has also held positions at Florida International University managing office operations, assisting with institutional research, and contributing to marketing initiatives. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Florida International University.
