Stephanie Felisme

Stephanie Felisme, MSHRM, serves as the Associate Director of HR for the Division of Academic and Student Affairs at Florida International University since November 2007, overseeing key HR initiatives and providing direct support to senior leadership. With a robust HR background, Stephanie has held various positions within the university, including Assistant Director of HR, Senior HR Manager for Talent Acquisition, and roles focusing on student and temporary employment management. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Representative at Florida State University. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Design, Textiles, and Merchandising from Florida State University.
