David Hackworth

David Hackworth is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the water utility sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority since October 2018, David oversees the implementation of the Capital Improvement Plan. Previous roles include Director of O&M Services at Stantec, Director at CH2M HILL, Senior Project Manager at Veolia Water, Assistant Project Manager at United Water, and Supervising Engineer at MWH Global. David earned a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
