Mark Baertschi is the Owner and CEO of Florida Flat Roofs, LLC, a veteran-owned company specializing in commercial and residential flat and shingle roofing, with additional services for metal roofs since April 2018. Additionally, Mark serves as a Sales Associate/Estimator at Superior Building Inc. since February 2014 and has been a licensed real estate agent with Florida Luxury Realty since April 2006, focusing on residential investment properties and short sales, along with strong skills in seller-lender negotiations.
