Tim oversees the company’s legal matters including corporate and tax planning. He served as FMT’s outside counsel for six years before coming aboard as in-house counsel in 2004. A licensed attorney and CPA in the state of Louisiana, Tim proudly served 12 years as a member of the Louisiana House of Representatives. He received his B.A. in Economics, his MBA in Accounting, and his J.D. from Tulane University.
