Michelle Conard

Michelle Conard has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Michelle began their career at CDW as a Contracting and Licensing Specialist & Account Manager, where they excelled in multi-million dollar software and licensing contract negotiations. Michelle then joined Heartland Business Systems as an Internal Process Control Manager, leading the development and implementation of a new software system. Michelle also served as an Account Manager, working closely with customers and vendors to negotiate IT solutions. Michelle then transitioned to Bellin Health as the Team Leader of Managed Care Contracting, where they successfully led a team in revenue recovery efforts and contract negotiations. Following that, they founded Mosaic Consulting Solutions, LLC, focusing on revenue recovery and healthcare reimbursement. Most recently, Michelle held the position of Director of Revenue Cycle at Prevea Health before assuming the role of Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at Florida Medical Clinic.

Michelle Conard attended Notre Dame de la Baie Academy from 1994 to 1998. Michelle then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business at St. Norbert College from 1998 to 2002.
