Brittany Lee-Wright

Brittany Lee-Wright, Ph.D., currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Reading at Florida Memorial University since August 2023. With over a decade of experience in education, Brittany held positions as a Literacy Coach and Secondary English Teacher at Broward County Public Schools from October 2012 to September 2023, also working as the Cambridge Coordinator at Dillard 6-12. Additionally, Brittany contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Barry University from January 2018 to September 2023, focusing on literacy education at both undergraduate and master's levels. Previous experience includes teaching English at Mavericks High of Central Broward County from July 2011 to October 2012. Brittany's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction, an MS in Reading Teacher Education, and an MA in English Language and Literature, all from Barry University, along with a BA in English from the University of Florida.
