Sarah Rios

Sarah Rios is an experienced music educator currently serving as an Adjunct Music Professor at Florida Memorial University since August 2022, where responsibilities include teaching music appreciation and applied voice lessons. Rios has a diverse background in music education, having founded the music program at The SEED School of Miami in July 2018, focusing on elementary and intermediate music concepts and social-emotional learning. Previous roles include Middle School Music Teacher at Renaissance Charter School at Plantation, Choral Music Director at St. Lucie West Centennial, and Music Teacher at Calumet High School. Rios holds a Master's Degree in Music Teacher Education from VanderCook College of Music and a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Performance from Barry University.
