Victor Gaines, DBA, MBA, CIA, CGAP, CFE, is an accomplished auditor and educator with extensive experience in both the corporate and academic sectors. Currently serving as Auditor II at the Florida Municipal Power Agency since September 2022, Victor has previously held auditing positions at Capital Health Plan and the Orange County Comptroller. In academia, Victor has contributed as a Professor at The College of the Florida Keys and as Associate Business Department Chair and Director of the MBA Online Program at Pacific Union College, where responsibilities included leading faculty and developing budgets.
