Alicia Thompkins-Perryman

Alicia Thompkins-Perryman is a Financial Specialist at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation since July 2017, previously serving as an EDC Supervisor at Teleperformance, USA from January 2013 to March 2017. In that role, Alicia provided training to new hires on customer account management and the company billing system, while also resolving billing disputes. Alicia's earlier experience includes an internship at Odyssey Records in 2012, where responsibilities included customer inquiries, cash and credit record-keeping, and needs analysis. Academically, Alicia holds a Master of Business Administration from Kaplan University (2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting with a minor in Criminal Justice from Albany State University (2012), complemented by a high school diploma from Coral Reef Senior High’s Business and Finance Academy (2008).
