Rachael Lozano is a seasoned professional in the insurance regulation field, currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst at the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation since November 2012, having progressed from the roles of Government Analyst I to Senior Management Analyst. Prior to this, Rachael worked as a Government Analyst I at the Florida Department of Financial Services from January 2007 to November 2013, contributing to the Division of Consumer Services. Rachael began a career in insurance as a Customer Service Agent at Norton Insurance from May 2003 to January 2007, specializing in property and casualty insurance. Rachael holds an Associate of Arts degree from Tallahassee Community College and is recognized with multiple professional designations including ARM, MCM, and APIR.
