Allen Huang

Deputy Solicitor General at Florida Office of the Attorney General

Allen Huang serves as the Deputy Solicitor General at the Florida Office of the Attorney General since November 2022. Prior to this role, Huang was Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs from September 2021 to November 2022, and held the position of Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from September 2020 to September 2021. Huang's experience also includes working as a Litigation Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Additionally, Huang served as an Associate at Enterprise Counsel Group and as a Law Clerk in the Criminal Division at the United States Attorney's Office. Huang began the legal career as a Judicial Extern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, a Master's degree in Classics from Stanford University, and a Bachelor's degree in Classics from Stanford University.
