Michael Stewart

Michael Stewart is an experienced music educator and pianist with a diverse background in teaching and performance. Currently serving as a Piano and Music Technology Teacher at Enfield Public Schools since September 2021, Michael teaches courses in music technology and piano, collaborates with district choirs, and directs musical theater productions. Additional roles include pianist for Gloria Musicae, Inc., concert choir rehearsal pianist at Eckerd College, and vocal coach at the Juilliard Vocal Arts Program. Michael has performed with the Sarasota Orchestra and The Florida Orchestra as a substitute symphonic keyboardist and has an extensive freelance career with numerous accolades in piano competitions. Education includes a Master of Music in Piano Performance from The New School and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Utah, alongside professional certification in Music Education.
