Billy Mitchell

Billy Mitchell is an experienced professional in food safety education, agricultural management, and program coordination. Currently serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia and as the SE TOPP Program Manager for Florida Organic Growers, Billy Mitchell has actively engaged in various roles focused on food safety and sustainable agriculture. Previous positions include Farms Manager for The Conservation Fund and FSMA Training Coordinator for the National Farmers Union (USA). Additionally, Billy Mitchell has worked as a Food Safety Campaign Coordinator for GLOBAL GROWERS NETWORK INC, where collaboration with diverse agricultural stakeholders was essential. With a Master’s degree in Agriculture, Leadership, Education, and Communication from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bradley University, Billy Mitchell combines educational expertise with practical experience in the agricultural sector.
