Janene Culumber

Janene Culumber has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Janene served as the CFO for Florida Orthopaedic Institute since 2015. Prior to that, they worked at Moffitt Cancer Center, where they held various positions including SVP, CFO, Director of Finance, and Research Finance Officer. During their time at Moffitt, they provided strategic and fiscal leadership, oversaw an $800 million budget, and supervised finance functions within the research division. Before joining Moffitt, Janene worked at KPMG as a Senior Manager, where they managed the entire audit process and collaborated with clients from various industries.

Janene Culumber received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Janene then pursued a Master of Accounting (M.Acc.) degree at the same institution from 1991 to 1992. In 2015, Janene enrolled at the University of South Florida Muma College of Business, where they completed their Doctorate of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General, in 2017. In terms of certifications, Janene obtained a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in July 2020. Janene also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, although the institution and the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
