Mike Masino

Mike Masino is an experienced professional in game entertainment and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Game Entertainment & Operations for the Florida Panthers since May 2022. In this role, Mike leads the Game Presentation & Entertainment teams and manages the execution of home games and special events. Prior to this position, Mike held various roles including Senior Director of Game Presentation at the Florida Panthers, Director of Game Production for the Washington Nationals, and Senior Production Manager for Video Boards & Content at the University of Arkansas. Mike began a career in video production as a Video Production Editor with the Miami Marlins and also gained early experience as a Public Address Announcer for UCF Athletics. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Radio/TV - Broadcast Journalism from the University of Central Florida.
