Sean McCaffrey

Sean McCaffrey is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff for the Florida Panthers, a position held since June 2016. Previously, McCaffrey worked at Morgan Stanley as Director, leading a primary loan syndication closing group responsible for closing $15 billion in syndicated corporate debt. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Analyst at BRTRC, and various leadership roles in the US Army, including Company Commander of an Infantry Basic Training Company. McCaffrey holds an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BS in American Politics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
