Sylvain Lefebvre is an accomplished professional ice hockey coach and former player with extensive experience in various coaching roles across North America. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach for the Florida Panthers since August 2022, Lefebvre has held previous positions such as Assistant Coach for the San Diego Gulls from August 2018 to May 2021 and Head Coach for both Rocket de Laval and St. John's IceCaps, which are Montreal Canadiens prospect teams. Additional coaching experience includes a tenure as Head Coach for the Hamilton Bulldogs Hockey Club and roles as Assistant Coach for the Colorado Avalanche and Lake Erie Monsters. As a player, Lefebvre competed for the Colorado Avalanche, where Sylvain contributed to the team's 1996 Stanley Cup Championship, as well as for the New York Rangers and Bern SC. Education includes attendance at Cegep Montmorency de Laval and Seminaire de Sherbrooke.
