Damon Lathrope

Damon Lathrope is an experienced football coach and former professional football player. Currently serving as the Assistant Head Coach at Plymouth Argyle Football Club since June 2025, Lathrope previously held multiple roles at Watford Football Club from July 2019 to June 2025, including Assistant Manager, Head Coach of the Watford FC Women, and Academy Coach. Lathrope's coaching career also includes a tenure as Head Football Coach at Pro Direct Academy from April 2019 to June 2023. Prior to transitioning into coaching, Lathrope had a professional playing career spanning several clubs, including Torquay United Football Club, Aldershot Town Football Club, Woking Football Club, and Norwich City Football Club, culminating in retirement due to injury.
