Connor Bandel

Connor Bandel is an experienced engineer with a background in solar and storage projects, currently serving as a PGD Engineer at Florida Power & Light from February 2024 to April 2025. Prior to this role, Connor held positions as an Associate PGD Engineer at the same company, and as a Utility Engineer at Gainesville Regional Utilities from October 2022 to January 2024. Additionally, Connor worked as a Project Engineer at Moffitt from January 2022 to September 2022. Connor's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Florida, completed in May 2021.
