Cynthia Hernandez, MBA, has extensive experience in engineering and project management, primarily at Florida Power & Light since February 2014, where roles have included Leader Customer Response, Sr. Engineer, and Engineering Lead- Rotational. In these positions, Cynthia supervised the design and project management of distribution engineering operations, ensured adherence to design standards, and supported large distribution relocation projects. Prior roles include Engineer I and Engineer II, focusing on reliability-related program work, communication with project teams, and the execution of commercial and residential distribution construction projects.
