Frank Alexis Silva

Frank Alexis Silva is an experienced engineer with a strong background in power generation and operations management. Currently serving as a Power Generation Division Engineer at Florida Power & Light Company since June 2014, Frank specializes in solar and storage operations and maintenance. Previously held roles include Senior Nuclear Plant Operator and Production Lead, demonstrating extensive expertise in both nuclear and distribution operations. Frank’s academic achievements include a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida International University, complemented by research experience as a Department of Energy Fellow and an Undergraduate Research Assistant. Additional experience includes a role as a clubhouse attendant at The Islands at Doral Clubhouse.
