Gage Smith

Gage Smith is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the PGD Engineering Leader at Florida Power & Light Company since June 2019, with prior roles as PGD Engineer I and Associate PGD Engineer I in Solar & Storage. Gage's experience also includes working as a Roofing Contractor at David M. Maines Associates Inc during summer months while pursuing education. Gage served in the United States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, specializing as a Field Radio Operator from August 2010 to August 2014. Gage holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in Power from the University of Pittsburgh (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a minor in Mathematics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2015-2017).
