Hayden McEachern

Hayden McEachern is an experienced engineer currently serving as Engineer II at Florida Power & Light since July 2024. Previously, Hayden held the position of Mechanical Engineer at Maritime Tactical Systems (MARTAC), Inc. from August 2022 to July 2024, and returned to Florida Power & Light as Engineer II after initially working there as an Associate Engineer from February 2020 to August 2022. Earlier professional experience includes internships at Corning Incorporated, first as a Research and Development Intern in May 2019 and then as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern in May 2018. Hayden earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, having also attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2015 to 2017.
