Julian Salcedo

Julian Salcedo is an experienced engineering professional with a solid background in fiber deployment and automated control systems. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Florida Power & Light since August 2014, Julian has held various leadership roles including Engineering Leader and Hardening Project Engineer. Previous experience includes working as a Field Service Engineer at Rockwell Automation from June 2010 to August 2014, where responsibilities encompassed installation, maintenance, and operational quality assurance of control systems across diverse industries. Major projects include serving as the control system startup engineer for a 35 MW power plant in Johnston, RI. Julian holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University.
