Dale Eastmond, MPA, currently serves as a Public Utility Analyst III at the Florida Public Service Commission, focusing on reviewing Interconnection Agreements between telecommunication companies and conducting research for the Intercarrier Services section. In addition to telecommunication responsibilities, Dale has been tasked with analyzing Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure. Previously, Dale was a Public Policy Intern at the Office of Economic Vitality, where analysis of economic vitality programs for Tallahassee and Leon County was conducted. As Chapter Treasurer at Florida State University for Who We Play For, Dale managed chapter finances and collaborated on event payments. Early experience includes a Research Internship at DeVoe Moore Center, where self-guided research on local budgeting and taxation was conducted. Dale holds a Master of Public Administration in Public Finance from Florida State University and has earned degrees in Public Administration and Economics from the University of Central Florida and Florida State University, respectively, along with an Associate’s Degree in Economics from the College of Central Florida.
