Mikayla Guerrier

Mikayla Guerrier, MPH, currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator Paralegal at Florida Rural Legal Services, Inc. since November 2024. Prior to this role, Mikayla was the Community Liaison Team Lead at Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. from September 2019 to November 2024, where responsibilities included developing strategies to enhance participation in the Healthy Start Prenatal Risk Screen, training medical staff, and providing data reports. Mikayla also held roles as a CenteringPregnancy Facilitator and intern for the Doula Support Program, focusing on Black maternal health initiatives and program evaluations. Additionally, Mikayla worked as a Prenatal Care Coordinator, ensuring access to prenatal services for pregnant women, and as a Care Navigator at CareThrough. Education includes a Master’s degree in Public Health from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of South Florida.
