Katherine Culhane

Katherine Culhane has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries and roles. Katherine currently serves as the Associate Director at the Florida SBDC Network since August 2017. Prior to this position, they were the President of ZOOM Company Solutions, where they provided strategic business consulting, specializing in team building, sales training, and leadership development.

Katherine has also held various positions in the banking sector. Katherine worked at Colonial Bank as the Vice President of Association Services from January 2006 to August 2009. Before that, they served as a Business Development Officer at HSBC from April 2003 to January 2006. Katherine began their banking career at BankAtlantic, where they worked as a Manager and Business Banker from October 1990 to December 2000. Additionally, they held the role of Vice President of Private Banking at Southtrust from March 1998 to January 2000.

During their tenure at Prudential Financial from January 2000 to April 2003, Katherine worked as the Vice President and Lending Coordinator. In this role, they collaborated with financial advisors to cater to the credit needs of high net worth clients, providing specialized lending programs and training for financial advisors.

Early in their career, Katherine served as a Regional Manager at Goldome Savings Bank, where they effectively managed a network of 17 retail bank branches and received notable recognition such as the Chairmans Award for Excellence and the "American Business Womens Association Businesswoman of the Year Award."

From their extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and banking, Katherine Culhane has developed a strong skill set in team building, sales training, leadership development, strategic planning, and lending coordination.

Katherine Culhane has a Master's of Science degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Barry University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Katherine is also a certified facilitator and coach in The "Nine Domains Approach" from the Enneagram Institute. Additionally, Katherine has obtained several certifications, including the SHRM CSP from SHRM in July 2016, and the Genos Emotional Intelligence Practitioner from Genos International in May 2016. Katherine also holds a certification in the Nine Domains Approach (systems model for identifying the health of organizations) from the Riso-Hudson Enneagram Institute, obtained in 2011.
