Michael Johnson

Michael Johnson is an experienced leader in the Boy Scouts of America with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of the Florida National High Adventure Sea Base since December 2016, Michael previously held key executive roles, including Scout Executive and CEO for the Quivira Council, where over 13,000 youth were served, and the East Carolina Council, which supported 6,400 youth. Michael also contributed as the Director of Development and Marketing for the Heart of America Council, one of the largest councils in the nation. Michael holds a BA in Philosophy from St. Meinrad, earned between 1985 and 1988.
