Becky Fahrner serves as the Director of Student Involvement and an Adjunct Professor of Communication Studies at Florida SouthWestern State College, where responsibilities include instructing diverse student populations and implementing educational initiatives to enhance engagement and retention. Prior roles include Associate Director of Campus Student Engagement, where leadership and strategic vision were developed for student programs, and Coordinator for Student Engagement, focusing on educational support for college students. Previous experience includes positions at the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, emphasizing team supervision, customer service, and fundraising. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
