Dr. Thomas M. Smith (Mike)

Dr. Thomas M. Smith boasts over 30 years of experience in teaching, training, public speaking, and management. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Florida SouthWestern State College since 2017, Dr. Smith previously held the position of Professor of Management at Hodges University from 2002 to September 2020, where responsibilities included teaching management courses and serving as President of the Sigma Beta Delta national honor society. Prior consulting experience includes a role at Banther Consulting and a brief tenure as a Management Consultant in 2020. Dr. Smith's extensive banking experience spans senior management positions at various financial institutions in southwest Florida and includes expertise in loan administration and mortgage operations. Dr. Smith's academic credentials include a Doctor of Business Administration from Argosy University Tampa, an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Alabama, among others.
