Elizabeth Smith is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in art education and student engagement. Currently serving as a Staff Assistant in the Office of Student Engagement at Florida SouthWestern State College since October 2019, Elizabeth focuses on empowering and inspiring students. Previously, Elizabeth worked as a Visiting Artist at Florida Gulf Coast University from February 2017 to 2023, sharing expertise in visual art through nature journals and field sketching. As an Adult Art Educator at Naples Botanical Garden from January 2016 to August 2021, Elizabeth developed and facilitated programs in watercolor and drawing, engaging participants in the beauty of Florida's gardens. Additionally, Elizabeth served as the Youth and Family Ministries Director at Unity of Naples from February 2013 to August 2019, where program expansion and community connection were key achievements. Educationally, Elizabeth holds a BA in Art and an AA in Art from Florida Gulf Coast University and Edison State College, respectively.
