Bill H.

Bill H. currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Privacy Officer at Florida State University since September 2017. In addition, Bill H. has been an Adjunct Professor in Information Security at the FSU College of Communication & Information since August 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles such as Chief of the Information Technology Bureau at Northwest Florida Water Management District and Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at Munich American Reassurance Company, among others. Bill H. holds a Doctor of Education in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University, a Master of Arts in Educational Technology Leadership from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate of Arts from Valencia College.
