Lashae Roberts

LaShae Roberts, M.S., MSW, serves as the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Studies and Director of Advising First at Florida State University, a role held since August 2009, where leadership encompasses a large team and oversight of a multi-million-dollar budget. Previous positions at Florida State include Assistant Director and Program Manager of Advising First, focusing on program management, staff development, and student support. LaShae has contributed to higher education as a Senior Success Coach and as an academic researcher during the early career stages.
