Mandy Shields

Mandy Shields, EdM., MBA, serves as the Associate Director/Program Director for Occupancy Management and Marketing at Florida State University, leading occupancy management for 6,700 residential beds with a budget of $50 million since January 2014. Mandy oversees various processes, including special group assignments, and enhances recruitment and retention efforts within the Residential Student Experience unit. Additionally, responsibilities include coordination of university recruitment events, representation on the University Enrollment Management committee, and supervision of staff. Previously, Mandy held positions at Keene State College and Boston University, focusing on housing operations, financial aid, and student services. Mandy holds an MBA from Florida State University and a Master's in Higher Education Administration from Boston University.
