Previously, Timothy held the position of Associate Professor and Director of Sports & Coaching Science at Oklahoma State University from 2012 to July 2019, and has also worked as an Assistant Professor at Henderson State University and the University of Arkansas. Timothy's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Kinesiology/Pedagogy from the University of Arkansas, as well as several advanced degrees in Kinesiology, Information Technology, Physical Education, and Sport and Exercise Psychology.
