Lucretia Pitts Barrett

Lucretia Pitts Barrett is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and operations. Currently serving as General Counsel of Operations and previously as Senior Associate General Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company, Lucretia demonstrates expertise in managing legal matters within a corporate setting. Additionally, Lucretia contributes to the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida as a member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Florida Standard Jury Instructions - Civil Committee for the Florida Supreme Court. As the owner of Charmed Elegance and a former associate at Kubicki Draper, Lucretia combines entrepreneurial experience with a solid foundation in law. Lucretia holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami and completed the ACC In-house Counsel Certification Program in 2020.
