Steven Hall

Chief Of General Services at Florida Supreme Court

Steven Hall has a diverse work experience, holding various positions in different organizations. From 2004 to 2011, they worked at the Florida Supreme Court, first as a Management and Operations Analyst and later as the Chief of General Services. In these roles, they managed procurement for the Florida State Courts System and oversaw contract administration. Steven also provided support to senior managers and dealt with human resources and personnel issues.

In 2008, Steven became involved with The Family Tree Community Center, Inc., where they served as the Board Chair and later as the Chair of the Pride and Visibility Committee. Steven oversaw the planning and execution of the LGBT pride festival in Tallahassee, significantly growing the event over the years.

Steven also had roles in various political organizations, such as the Florida GLBTA Democratic Caucus and the Leon County Democratic Executive Committee. Steven served as a Regional Director for the Florida GLBTA Democratic Caucus and as a Precinct Committeeman for the Leon County Democratic Executive Committee. Additionally, they were a Board Member for the Capital City GLBTA Democratic Caucus, Inc.

Before their time at the Florida Supreme Court, Steven worked at The Florida Bar from 2000 to 2004. Their responsibilities included assisting with the creation and administration of the Attorney Consumer Assistance Program and coordinating various programs for lawyers. Steven also provided staff support for the Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism and helped develop continuing education courses on professionalism and ethics.

From 1997 to 2004, Steven Hall attended Florida State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science.
