Matthew Faulk

Matthew Faulk has a diverse work experience starting as a Financial Aid Operations Administrator at Full Sail University in 2012. Matthew then moved on to work as a Project Manager at the Student Funding Corporation of America from 2013 to 2015. Following that, Matthew worked at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, starting as an Academic Advisor in 2015 and transitioning to Assistant Director of Online Advising Business Systems. Their roles progressed, eventually leading to the position of Director of Advising Systems and Communications. Matthew then joined IRI as a Senior Client Service Analyst in 2022 before becoming the Lead Business Analyst at Florida Virtual School in the same year.

Matthew Faulk earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2009-2011. Matthew then pursued a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2016-2021. In addition to their degrees, they obtained various certifications, including Lean Six Sigma, business analysis, and Excel training.
