David Barber

David Barber has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. David is currently serving as the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Florida's Natural Growers since 2022. Before that, they worked at Kinder Morgan, where they held multiple roles from 2008 to 2020. Their roles at Kinder Morgan included being an Organizational Development Manager - Change and Learning, Regional Manager of Learning & Development, and Operational Process Improvement Analyst. Prior to their tenure at Kinder Morgan, David served in the US Army. David held various positions such as Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Project Manager for U.S. Army Future Aviation Systems Development, Manager of Operational Flight Training, Squadron Flight Operations Officer, and Platoon Leader. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, organizational development, operational training, and process improvement.

David Barber obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Science from the University of North Dakota between 1994 and 1997. David then pursued an MBA degree at the University of South Florida from 2011 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, David received a Master Certificate in Lean/Six Sigma from Villanova University in July 2007 and acquired the Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in September 2015.
